Reduce and Normalize Host Telemetry for Dynatrace
Collects host metrics and journald logs, drops idle CPU time and insignificant low-memory processes, strips high-cardinality process and filesystem attributes, collapses per-core CPU utilization into a single host-level value, renames journald's raw fields to their conventional OpenTelemetry names, batches the results, and delivers them to Dynatrace.
